Basis Appeals accepts denial text and claim metadata. Do not paste protected health information into the draft. A BAA is available for the unlimited tier on request.

Can multiple billers on our team use one pack?

What happens if we do not use all 10 or 25?

Unused letters expire 12 months after purchase. If your denial volume is unpredictable, unlimited monthly is the better fit.
